Office Assistant
Reports To: Office Manager
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible, Non-Exempt
Summary
The Office Assistant supports both financial operations and daily office functions, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and administrative support. This role works across departments and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payments and generate client invoices
- Support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
- Respond to billing inquiries and assist with collections reporting
- Manage office tasks such as mail, supplies, and onboarding support
- Provide administrative support to Sales, Traffic, and other teams
- Assist with financial reporting and documentation
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
